Just outside the 'Storey Arms' on the A470
in the Brecon Beacons. I went for a long walk to avoid the opening match
of the 2003 'six nations' it was a superbly clear and sunny day and the
walking was exhilerating and exhausting.
Incidentally Wales lost to Italy - my choice had been
wise! at least we beat them in football! I just regret I didn't have £20
on those two results - it just confirmed to me that being a Welsh sports
fan is the ultimate roller coaster ride!!
